HALF-BLOOD PRINCE Clips Galore!
A slew of new clips from Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince have been showing up this week, and, as usual, the good folks at The Leaky Cauldron and Mugglenet are hooking us up with the deets. First, check out the first full scene I’ve seen. It shows us Ron and Harry, just after Ron’s eaten some spiked cauldron cakes (at least I think they were cauldron cakes), and it looks like it’ll be pretty funny in the finished film.
Then, check out this featurette, which offers clips of Slughorn as a chair, plus interviews with Dan Radcliffe and the dude who plays Dumbledore, whose name completely escapes me at the moment.
And, when you’re done with all that, be sure to check out the four TV commercials that Leaky has linked up here. There are flashes of new footage in each.

Hey great to see that interview of Dan Radcliffe, though I came across your post quite late and have already seen the movie but yes you were right Ron eating claudron cakes was indeed a funny scene.

Thanks for stopping by, Allan. I’m glad you enjoyed the Radcliffe interview. What did you think of the movie?
Allan says:
well, i found movie a bit too much stuffed as in it was more of a teenager’s movie. on the whole it was good to watch and i would have liked it better if Malfoy had some more dialogues in it.

I’m usually fairly anti-Malfoy—I’ve always been a bit dissatisfied with Tom Felton’s performance, and with the writing of the character—but I thought Felton turned it up about 10 notches in this film. He was awesome to watch.
Yes, the film was pretty jam-packed, but it worked for me. My only gripe was with the ending, which I thought could have been a bit more well-done.
