Generation Goat #9 – Flying Toasters Forever!

By Jon Martin | Wed, Feb 10, 2010

In this episode, Chris and Jon attempt to sell out while discussing TV obsessions, computer dating in middle schools, the Grammy Awards, the dangers of karaoke in the Philippines, Chris’ flying-toaster themed comic, the Superbowl, the death of radio, Valentine’s Day, and more! It’s a long one, but we’re far too lazy to edit. I mean, we’re all about working harder for you… That’s it. (And look! We got through the whole #9 thing without a single, bad Beatles reference…)

Have a listen!

Lots More LOST

By E. Christopher Clark | Tue, Feb 02, 2010

Apparently, I’m not the only who’s excited about tonight’s sixth season premiere of Lost. Kirk from Moss Creek Media sent me a link to a hilarious set of Lost parodies done with action figures, sometime GF5-contributor Buj pointed me in the direction of this article on Slate, and the boys from Totally Lost take their island obsession to new levels of hilarity (and depravity) with an episode featuring cameos by Titus Welliver (the Man in Black) and Elizabeth Mitchell (Juliet).

By E. Christopher Clark | Thu, Jan 21, 2010

This video of the crash of Lost’s Oceanic 815 in real time (in the style of 24) is one of the coolest things this Lost fan has ever seen. And I’m not alone: all Damon Lindelof could say about it was, “Wow”.

“Empire State of Mind” - The Colbert Version

By E. Christopher Clark | Tue, Jan 12, 2010

I hate New York, but I kinda-sorta love Alicia Keys, I kinda-sorta love that song she does with Jay-Z called “Empire State of Mind,” and I really love Stephen Colbert. So, when my friend Beth shared this video via Facebook, I almost didn’t check it out. But then I did.

And you should, too. Because Alicia belts, Stephen raps (and does it well), and the whole thing is under four minutes long.
