By E. Christopher Clark | Monday, March 10, 2008

The first episode of a semi-regular show/podcast from GeekForceFive.com. Today, we cover 1) What GeekForceFive.com is; 2) Accidental AppleTV Purchases; 3) Lost Dueling Analyses; 4) The Beatles on iTunes; and 5) The Incredible Hulk Teaser Teaser.

You can watch the video here, and on a couple of other video sharing sites across the Interweb. And, if you’d like, you can subscribe to the show as a podcast via PodShow.com. I hope to get it listed in the iTunes Store soon, as well.

Last Week on Lost: The Constant

By E. Christopher Clark | Thursday, March 06, 2008

In an interview with Entertainment Weekly’s Jeff Jensen, Lost’s executive producer Damon Lindelof teases that, at some point during tonight’s episode ("The Other Woman"), “Ben’s gonna tell us who sent that damn freighter!” Which is pretty exciting, I guess, if you think Ben’s going to tell the truth. What’s more exciting is that Lindelof also rehashes last week’s episode with Jensen, and in the process clarifies a few points which might have otherwise been confusing.

I’ll throw some of my thoughts below the fold, so as not to spoil any RSS readers who might not have seen “The Constant” yet.

The Other Woman - More Sneak Peeks From This Week’s LOST

By E. Christopher Clark | Tuesday, March 04, 2008

DarkUFO has posted three new sneak peeks at this week’s episode of Lost. One of them is simply an updated version of the one I linked to the other day, but the other two are brand new.

The rumors round town are that this episode will feature more than it’s share of relationship-related goodness. So, if you’re a shipper—God, how I detest that word—this should make you happy. For the rest of us, this might be a minor speed bump in what has been an otherwise solid and fast-paced season.

The episode is titled “The Other Woman,” and I think it’s fairly apparent from the press release and promotional photos released by ABC that this one is Juliet-centric.

Any predictions, Geek-Forcers?

Sneak Peeks From This Week’s LOST

There were nearly 500 items waiting for me in my Google Reader when I returned today from a weekend away in Maine, so I apologize for being a little behind with the news. Here’s something to whet your appetite until I get caught up, though: two sneak peaks from the next episode of Lost. The episode is titled “The Other Woman,” and it airs on Thursday.

Be careful of that link if you want to stay pure (i.e. spoiler-free).

Lost’s 2008 Schedule

By E. Christopher Clark | Wednesday, February 27, 2008

DarkUFO reports that in the latest ”Ask Ausiello” column from TV Guide’s Michael Ausiello, the beans have been spilled about when the remaining episodes of Lost’s fourth season will air.

Here’s the scoop:

Episode 5: Feb. 28
Episode 6: March 6
Episode 7: March 13
Episode 8: March 20
Episode 9: April 24
Episode 10: May 1
Episode 11: May 8
Episode 12: May 15
Episode 13: May 22 (season finale)

So, there’s a month-long break between episodes eight and nine. But that’s really not so bad when you consider that, just a few weeks ago, when the writer’s strike was still on, there was a distinct possibility that episode eight would be the last episode of the season, and that we’d be waiting until 2009 to hear from our favorite castaways once again.
