Six Sneak Peeks of LOST’s 4th Season Finale (Video)
DarkUFO has posted six sneak peeks from the fourth season finale of Lost. These clips, like the ones I wrote about before the first part of the finale, were encoded by CarLost, and they are pretty darned teaserific. One might even go so far as to say that they are spoilerific, depending on how you define spoilers versus teasers. There are snippets of great scenes between Charlotte, Faraday, and Miles; Ben and Locke; and, of course, awesomest of all, between Locke and Jack. That’s the one I’ve included above.
Since we’ve still got a day to go until the finale airs here in the States, let’s have a little fun and throw out quick answers to the following questions, all of which are supposedly going to be answered in the finale:
- Who is in the coffin Jack visited in last year’s season finale?
- Who’s going to pull a Charlie/Libby/Boone/Eko and shuffle off the mortal coil?
- How do you move an island?
Last Week on Lost: There’s No Place Like Home, Part One
I don’t know about you, but when I first heard about Lost taking a week off between parts one and two of the season finale, I was okay with it. That news accompanied the news that the second part of the finale would be two hours long, so it was easy to justify the break in my mind. They couldn’t have a two hour finale of the season finale if they were airing it last night, on the same night as the finales of Ugly Betty and Grey’s Anatomy, so the producers did what they had to do.
Boy, I’d like to go back in time and slap around the version of me who thought this week off would be okay. The wait is unbearable, and because I’m one of the sillyheads who read the season finale spoilers the moment they were posted online, the wait seems even worse. There has also been some speculation that the spoilers that have been posted are, in fact, foilers—that is, fake spoilers meant to trick all us naughty boys and girls who can’t wait for Christmas morning. And me, I can’t stand not knowing if what I know is what’s actually going to happen, or if I’ve been duped. Either way, I think the season finale is going to be awesome, but I’m dying here as I wait to find out.
In the meantime, to help ease our suffering, let’s talk (below the fold) about last week’s episode, “There’s No Place Like Home, Part One.”
Do Not Go Back To The Island!
DarkUFO has a new trailer for next week’s season finale of Lost. As I’ve mentioned a couple of times over the last couple of days, you’ll want to avoid the spoiler-laden comments section of that site, but the trailer is definitely worth your while.
Well, at least if you’re a Lost addict like I am.
TV Guide on Lost’s Season Four Finale
DarkUFO has scans of the latest issue of TV Guide, which features a cover story on the fourth season finale of Lost. Be sure to avoid the comments section of that page if you want to stay pure. We’re keeping spoilers off of GF5 with comment moderation, but Dark’s site is fair game for the League of Spoiler Assholes.
Comment Moderation is On
Major spoilers for the Lost season finale have been leaked online, and it’s anticipated that the League of Assholes will soon be doing their best to spoil every single person they can, including all of you who do not want to be spoiled. In order to (hopefully) eliminate the chance of them spoiling the season finale for Geek Force Five readers, I am turning on comment moderation for the next week and a half. If your comments are slow to turn up on the site, that’s why. I’ll be personally checking through every comment before it goes live.
